      What kind of warranty coverage does EYA provide for my home?

      EYA provides three levels of warranty coverage:

      • 1-Year Warranty: Covers construction of your home to ensure it meets the Standards of Performance (see page 14 of the Builder’s Limited Warranty).

      • 2-Year Warranty: Covers your home’s systems (such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC) per the Standards of Performance (page 29).

      • 10-Year Warranty: Covers Defined Structural Elements according to the Warranty Tolerances (page 10).
