      What is not covered under my home warranty?

      Your warranty excludes the following items:

      • Items listed in the Exclusions section (page 4) of the Builder’s Limited Warranty

      • Cosmetic damage not documented on your Pre-Settlement Orientation form

      • Incidental damages

      • Architecture and design-related issues

      • Any deviations from approved construction plans
